The fine print
The current catalog is priced per agent seat. Your owner account is the first seat, and each accepted teammate is another. During beta, plan selection controls product entitlements; it does not create a paid subscription or charge.
Lite is one seat with the core chat: a 60-day history, the basic widget and tracking for 100 live visitors. Regular unlocks the team layer: unlimited seats and history, canned responses, sneak peek, tags, ratings, email transcripts, a custom pre-chat form, suggested replies and smart tags with 3 knowledge sources, topic insights, 100 monthly AI assists per agent, a targeted campaign, daily reports and full widget customization. Business adds the analysis layer: full analytics with satisfaction, conversation recaps and draft polish, 10 knowledge sources, 500 monthly AI assists per agent, CSV export, archive search, unlimited campaigns, a white-label widget and tracking for 1,000: the plan we recommend once chat is your front door.
The month-to-month catalog lists Lite $25, Regular $59 and Business $89 per agent, and Extended $65 per workspace. Annual catalog rates are up to 24% lower. The toggle above shows both catalogs; checkout is not live yet.
Extended is the xyzBot product entitlement: deterministic keyword rules, custom rules, name-aware greetings, optional provider-backed answers, and handoff decisions that request the human queue. Automation dispatch and provider delivery remain operational dependencies. Extended is listed at $52 per workspace per month on the annual catalog, not as a fourth base plan.
The gateway supports Anthropic and approved OpenAI-compatible providers when configured. Every agent AI feature is a fixed single-purpose task that returns a draft or analysis for the agent to use. xyzBot is instructed to use configured knowledge sources and request human help when grounding is insufficient. Live quality, latency, and delivery depend on the provider and automation dispatcher. Suggested replies, smart tags and topic insights start at Regular with 3 knowledge sources; conversation recaps and draft polish are Business, with 10. Each plan carries a monthly allowance: 100 AI assists per agent on Regular and 500 on Business; requests beyond the current allowance are refused until reset.
The current beta does not delete history merely because a plan is changed. Lite hides conversations older than 60 days, and retained conversations become visible after changing back to a plan with unlimited history. This is current product behavior, not a retention guarantee.
